Shipping policy

Asli Ayurveda Australia ensures a seamless shipping experience for all customers within Australia. All orders are processed and shipped from our Australian warehouse to provide timely and efficient delivery.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• We dispatch orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with a cut-off time of 10 AM for same-day order processing.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times based on your location.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Please allow for the stated delivery timeframe based on your location. If you’re located in a regional area, expect an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.
• Orders will not be processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the chosen shipping method.
• Orders over $400 AUD (including GST) are eligible for free shipping across Australia.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment via Australia Post’s tracking portal.

Incorrect Address:

• Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. Asli Ayurveda Australia is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Undelivered Parcels:

• If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or is not collected within the required timeframe, reshipping charges will apply. Alternatively, you may request a refund, subject to assessment.

Damaged Goods:

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic proof. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the claim.
